Programming courses and trade literature make a big deal out of working with the end-users to determine needs and design systems. But all too often, old habits guide actual practice: design from the comfort of the developer’s office after listening to descriptions of needs.

We involve our Team in the actual front-line user’s work to understand the needs before beginning a System Design.

The Design Team includes our Analysts, Developers and our Trainers. This covers design from more than one perspective, and insures our entire Team is on the same page with your needs and priorities.


Development:

Development is carried out by staff who were part of the design and will also assist in the actual implementation. This means: the staff who made promises to you in the beginning are the same staff who will be there to deliver those promises at implementation time.

Our developers are hand picked for their knowledge, experience and ability to deliver successful solutions. Training and Support: We provide one-on-one training, which we have proven to be the most cost effective method. Sure, a Trainer can speak to a classroom full of staff at one time, but the learning is far less. By understanding your business and working with your staff individually - at their desk - using their computer - learning the tasks specific to their job - working at their pace without the pressure of the whiz-bang computer guru sitting next to them in class We can help your staff realize success with a new system; that can often be perceived as a daunting task and become an obstacle to your goals. Our Trainers are also our first line of Support. They have worked in your office, with your staff, so they can understand the questions and provide meaningful assistance. If your question stumps our Trainers, they are sitting in an office next to the developers who can get to the bottom of the issue.
